I believe in an integrative and functional approach to nutrition, which focuses on the whole person and aims to address the underlying cause of disease. This philosophy centers around a holistic approach to health through the use of diet modification and personalized supplementation. I have witnessed the tremendous impact even simple dietary changes can have on a person’s health, energy levels, and laboratory tests!

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
After completing my Masters of Science in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University and coordinated dietetic internship at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center in 2016, I was hired as a full-time outpatient dietitian at the Mansfield VA clinic. I continue to work there and counsel Veteran’s on not only general nutrition but weight loss, diabetes management, and other types of chronic disease prevention and management. In addition, I teach weight loss classes and a diabetic cooking class. I am currently in the process of obtaining a Certificate of Training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.
